Mix oat flour, OWYN protein powder (or three tablespoons of your choice protein powder), ground flax seed, vegan chocolate chips, water, honey, and Sunbutter until well incorporated.
Add 1 to 2 tsp of water if needed.
Roll mixture into one inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet from freezer and add power balls to a freezer bag.
