I paired our family favorite turkey meatball recipe with Full Flavor Foods turkey gravy. It’s gluten-free as well as dairy-free which is perfect for us. My kids LOVED the meatball gravy combo and couldn’t stop exclaiming, “OH MY GOODNESS” during dinner!

Turkey Meatball Recipe

- 2.5 lbs ground turkey
- 3 tbsp gluten-free panko or 2tbsp gluten-free bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup pasta sauce
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently until combined.
- Use your hands to gently form 1" round balls of the mixture or use a small 1" cookie scoop.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Prepare turkey gravy according to packet.
- Serve with turkey meatballs by themselves or over mashed potatoes.
- To freeze cooked meatballs, allow them to cook completely and store in a freezer bag. Label with date and re-heating instructions.
2. To re-heat meatballs, heat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
